This was my first time purchasing tickets on a phone app. Kyler did a great job assisting me with my ticketing issue in the app. Customer service has been less than helpful for several issues. I paid quite a bit of money for these tickets. I cannot attend due to health issues. I never received my wristbands for Powertrip which is happening right now.
